Master Kong Braised Beef Noodles launched in 1992 and, with its distinctive braised flavor, has become an iconic instant noodle product in China. Upgraded in 2026: 5x more meat, egg, and shrimp. Net weight: 105g. Shelf life: 6 months. Available in pouch or cup packaging.

Four separate seasoning packets create the classic flavor.

Four-packet system:

Noodle block — wheat flour + palm oil + starch

Meat sauce packet — palm oil + beef + scallions + salt

Seasoning packet — salt + monosodium glutamate (MSG) + sugar + spices

Vegetable packet — cabbage + carrot + beef cubes + shrimp + egg yolk

Approximately 450 kcal per 100g; protein content approx. 9g per 100g.

Preparation

How to Prepare

Two methods: instant preparation and boiling.

Instant Preparation: Open the lid, remove and add all seasoning packets, pour in 550 ml of hot water, cover, wait 5 minutes, then stir and enjoy. Boiling Method: Bring 500 ml of water to a boil, add the noodle cake and seasoning packets, and simmer for 4–6 minutes. Pro Tip: Add eggs or vegetables for extra nutrition!

Storage Instructions

Store at room temperature away from light; contains common allergens.

Store at room temperature, away from direct light. Shelf life: 6 months. ⚠️ Contains wheat, soybeans, shrimp, and eggs (common allergens). ⚠️ Use water heated to at least 90°C. ⚠️ Do not microwave the cup.
